This project modernized infrastructure in the Hudson Yards district to support major office and mixed-use development. The work raised the street elevation by 15 feet to legal grade on micropiles and new retaining walls, reconstructed a portion of the 11th Avenue Viaduct with a new high-performance concrete deck, and installed new water mains, sewer structures, hydrants, traffic signals, street lighting, and ADA-compliant sidewalks.
