80 Centre Street, the Louis J. Lefkowitz State Office Building, is a civic building in Lower Manhattan housing active offices. Under the capital program, the building and surrounding public areas are being reconstructed while the facility remains fully in use.

SRE provides field superintendent, construction inspection, and community construction liaison services. SRE manages multi-trade activities, subcontractor coordination, MEP oversight, and quality control, and issues public advisories, responds to 311 inquiries, and coordinates with the Community Board to limit disruption to occupants and the public.
